The customer must notify the company within 48 hours and return the goods within 28 days of receipt if their intentions are to return the goods. All returns must be in their original packaging.

Non-faulty goods returned will be subject to a 15% handling fee, this will be deducted from your refund. The company do not refund the original shipping costs and the return carriage will be at the customers expense.
If the goods are in like new condition, exchange of the original purchase for a different item can be carried out. The customer will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case but will still need to pay the return shipping.
If any items are damaged in transit, the company ask that this is reported within 48 hours, if the items are visibly damaged on receipt its best to sign the carrierâ€™s delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned to the company in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentations.
Defective goods should be returned to the company at the customerâ€™s expense. Such returns can only be made with the companyâ€™s authorisation. If the company is satisfied that the goods have been returned due to being defective, return carriage charges will be reimbursed and replacements sent.
If the customer has simply changed their mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) they can do so provided they inform the company of the decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned. Once theyâ€™ve informed us that they wish to return goods under the DSR, the customer has 28 calendar days to do so, at their own expense. Once the company receive the item back, a full refund for the goods will be issued. Please note this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers. (The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to trade customers) We may charge a restocking fee (15%) unless otherwise agreed.
Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
